So reluctantly, we listed with Yelp, the reason for our hesitation was due to the accusations that Yelp was being charged with...extortion...even more recently a client that took advantage of our promotion for our newer techs was disappointed, therefore created a listing under our name in Yelp without our permission in hopes of posting a negative review, we assume. Now that we are on Yelp, several of our clients were informed via our Facebook page and when they went to post a positive review it was filtered. Again, our assumption is that it's because they were all positive so Yelp figured they must be fake, the sad part is these are real customers and are satisfied ladies. So now what? Your thoughts are welcomed. We were told to post this picture on our Yelp page, but we feel it will anger Yelp so instead we will post it on our forum, which we have a right to do. How many people actually go to Yelp? How many people rely on these reviews as the backbone for their decisions to do business with the company they are researching? We want to work with Yelp but they are making it difficult to trust them...
